Returns Policy for Enyui Brand

Thank you for shopping with Enyui! We want to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our returns policy carefully.

30-Day Return Window: Our policy allows returns within 30 days after you receive your order (according to tracking information). If 30 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Additionally, we require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.

Partial Refunds: There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, such as:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of its arrival. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please contact us at [email protected].

Shipping Information: To return your product, please email us at info@enyui.com. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
